The whole-home coupon covers cleaning 9 supply vents, 1 return and 1 mainline using negative-pressure source-removal equipment, with before and after photos. You also get half off dryer vent cleaning with a full air duct service. Optional sanitizing and Virucide are available for an additional charge.
It varies with your local environment, HVAC usage and allergy sensitivities, but every three to five years is generally recommended. If you have pets, smokers in the home, or recent renovations, you may want them cleaned more often.
A $25 on-site service fee applies only if you choose not to move forward after receiving your estimate. If you approve the service, the fee is waived. Our technicians review all pricing with you before any work begins.
Virucide is an EPA-approved agent applied after duct cleaning to help neutralize airborne viruses and bacteria in the HVAC system, improving air quality. With whole-home ventilation cleaning it is offered at $5.00 per opening, a 75% discount.
